ma'am I was covid positive n was hospitalized for 5 day so I have start my son top fed with formula milk my son is 6month 3days old I HV started with dal ka pani now but after my discharge my milk production hv decrease it's being almost 20 days suggest me something so I want my son feed only with my milk instead of formula .

A. you can try to help yourself by taking roasted Fox nuts that is roasted Makhana and Shatavari with milk apart from this you should also ensure that you are not taking any stress gradually the milk supply will increase
