after evening avoid giving curd .
make sure it should be at room temperature and Better to give during day time only.

No need to worry
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
