m mother of 20 days baby can I eat green leafy vegetables like methi bathua etc.and what is good home remedy for little cold n watery eyes for baby

A. Yes u can take anything which u like except extreme spicy and extreme sweet food items Take proper balanced diet You should require 550 kcal more than normal non lactating mother Hence take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Eat all green vegetables in diet Drink plenty of water

A. can we apply asafoetida hing in baby navel if she feels constipated or stomach pain

A. hello yes green leafy vegetables is a must in your diet..it is infact good for your health and your baby too... breastfeeding mon should have green leafy vegetables in Thier diet. it is a must..it improvs milk production too

A. as you are a breastfeeding mother you should take a good complete balanced diet containing all types of green leafy vegetables all types of fresh fruits and all types of dairy products you should take plenty of liquids and avoid constipation
