Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, as you are seven months pregnant you should take mama protein. its better source. Also to make up for your protein in diet have milk, dal, sprouts, egg, chicken, paneer ane curd etc.
