Q.

m 13 wk pregnant.. everyday at night after sleeping when I get up for urination after that m unable to sleep again... weather it will be at 12am or 3 am ...m able to sleep again at early morning 5-6 am

A. It happens sometimes so keep your room dark and reduce your water intake after 7 pm as by doing this you will not have to get up for urination take care
