A. if they are more than normal and if they are painful then medical examination along with medicines are required but if they are within normal limits size and are not painful then no need to worry

A. U I have to consult your doctor they would give you the right guidance relating to these things if there is any medicine or any other treatment related to that they can guide you better on the same the best of course because they Have a much better knowledge about all these things
