ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. hi try this you can use any oil which is preferable for you. it should be free of additives and should be pure. massage mainly increases bonding between you and baby. gives comfort to baby. soothing, relaxing for both of you. helps in digestion, induces good sleep. calcium strengthens bones, not massage. so its really upto you , your time, baby's enjoyment, weather etc. no rules as such.

Hello mum in this dry hot summers you need to give a massage of coconut oil because it is the best in this summer you can also use a desi ghee if you don’t have any problem using ghee because desi ghee is one of the best moisturiser which provides nourishment and add strength to baby
