LBW baby girl of 45 days old born at 1 kg, now reaches 2kg. while sleeping always making position, stretching body with making noise.. giving all her forces, sometimes vomitting a little bit due to highly forcing while stretching.. it seems like having some pain or is it normal for her.. please suggest

A. stretching the body and making noise as because of gas colic issue give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area give tummy time use Babyhug indigestion easy tummy colic roll on
