Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good afternoon ! might be due to body heat,less intake of fibre ,water,fluids you might had hard stool/constipation which results in anal tear ,fissures.
Include fibre rich foods fruit,vegetables(papaya,pear,grapes,orange,apple,carrot,cucumber,ragi,jowar,curd) ,coconut water,barley,lemon/mousambi water..
Soak dry dates 2 /raisins( 5-6) or figs 2 overnight in 100-150 ml water have it daily on empty stomach along with water ,walk for 5-10 minutes .
