last few days I'm noticing my baby's stool colour is green. is it normal??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can gived green colour to the stool.
the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistency is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.

Green colour is very normal for a child for 460 days even if you’re not giving any formula milk but usually it has been seen when the child is on breastfeeding the poop is yellow and when the child is on formula milk the poop colour can be grey green in a lot of cases
