lactare tablet to be taken before or after food my doctor has already prescribed it however did not mention it before or after food.

You can take it before food it’s not a problem at least half an hour before food or after food but maintain a gap of half an hour actually doesn’t make a difference when you take it so I currently 5 to suggest you the right way then probably you can go ahead with taking it after the food
