ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello..yes you can.. Take out fresh gel from an aloe vera leaf and to it, add oil from the vitamin A and E capsules. Mix well. Massage this on the skin until it is fully absorbed. Do not rinse. You can also apply only aloe vera gel. Leave it on for 15 minutes, and wash with lukewarm water. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil. Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on. You can take a vitamin E oil capsule orally

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. these all types of ointments do on the some benefit but if you are having too much stretch marks then you can consult with a Dermatologist or a Cosmetic surgeon and they can give you a better option for the stretch marks removal and also maintaining proper hygiene for yourself
