Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy8 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Honey should not be given to the baby before one year completion. Any kind of fruit purée should be given in the natural taste form. No need to add anything. Continue with breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
