kya apme se kisi ne organic apple cide vinegar for moms ' try kiya h,,is better for a mom, is it a benificcial product or not in weight reducing

SonamMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy7 years agoA. If you're exclusively breast feeding then consult your doc before you take ACV. If baby is on solids, you can safely take ACV once a day. I'm taking mamaearth ACV since around 8 months and have felt tremendous change in my appetite and metabolism.
