krisha is having mouth alcer since 2-3 days. please share hiw to rid off these and food intake

A. Dologel you can apply three times in the day and along with that I would recommend you to be more of liquid right now because kids get very irritated with solid so focus more on liquid and if you’re wanting to give proper solid food and half an hour before you introduce food apply this one that is going to be helpful I am much better for your child to eat
