Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try applying warm mustard oil or coconut oil or warm compress on the paining area to reduce the intensity of the discomfort. Take your post natal supplements as suggested by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. If the problem persists please consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
