In this here it is very difficult to comjthment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Yes it is an infection and probably it’s a bacterial infection only because you can see PUS cells are also positive that means there is an infection so whatever kind of infection it is viral or a bacterial the doctor would tell you but looks like more of a bacterial infection and course of antibiotics would be suggested on that basis only
