Kindly suggest me, during postpartum should I eat moong dal panjiri or suji panjiri. My mother is insisting for moong dal panjiri with a logic that its good for back.

A. hi mom hydrating yourself is good during postpartum so moong dal water is good but anything with ghee preparations should be in limitations that it doesn't increases your weight stay safe
