Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is corona positive you have to give only symptomatic medicines to the child thaxt is medicines are given according to the complaints of the child and it will be given by your treating doctor.
you have to take folloxw up with your doctor after three days and try to give at least 60% to 70% of the regular diet
usually antibiotics are not required and the child becomes fever free by fourth day or fifth day maximum
