Q.
kindly advise which method is better for ear piercing traditional or gunshot method?? to avoid infection .also kindly prescribe numbing cream to apply b4 piercing to reduce some pain ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. both the technique is okay. can opt any according to ur choice. Use Xylocaine Topical anesthetics, can be used before the process.. after process, keep applying a good antibiotic cream

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
