kabhi kabhi mere bache ka sirf head garam lag raha hot hai like fever only in head why it's happening? please help me.

A. when my baby plays more in sitting Walker he sweats more what is the reason

A. normal hai koi problem nahin bIn small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever
