just noticed like my baby's sometimes become watery/teary. Not always but observed it like past 2 days

A lot of times kids can have an issue of tear duct blockage which is why some tears can come out of the eyes of the child but it settles on and own otherwise you can massage the nose in between the area of the eyes so that your child’s ducts are going to open up over the period
