you can also include galactagogue like 1 tsp shatavari powder with water, 1 tsp methi seeds with a glass of water or 1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water - avoid for thyroid.
you can also make galactagogue ladoos.
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you will have drink lots of water in a day, and milk twice in a day. Include coconut water, vegetables soup and fruits hive. You can add lactonic granules in the milk as that helps in increasing milk supply.
