shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children6 years agoA. hello dear no it is not safe to have juices regularly because these are packed juice which have lots of the preservatives is enough it's better to go for the natural used instead of that I will suggest you to go for the fruits which are full of fibre as well which will be very healthy for u has been a baby and nutritional as well
