its been almost 3days my toddler(5yr 3M) body is hot but has no fever, is it normal or low grade fever???

A. make sure to keep him well hyderate by offering adequate liquids, wear light cotton clothes. kindly do check his body temp with the thermometer. you may give syp pcm if temp is above 100 f
