Q.
Its been 6.5months postpartum now and I'm still facing breast engorgement issues atleast once a month. Why is it so? What could be the solution to it? My baby has just started weaning this month. But every now and then I am suffering with pain due to engorgement and subsequent fever.

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. But i have been facing this since the beginning and whenever it happens i either apply hot pack or stand under hot shower to express milk.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi as you have started the weaning it's normal to get . to avoid it I would suggest to express milk through hands or using breastpump you can take hot shower or warm water bath to get relief in pain
