It’s ok to do workout like cardio or yoga during periods

A. No. Never do that. During periods you should have proper rest and good nutrition. You can do only walk and no other exercise. Your body is weak during periods and exercise may lead to abdomen pain and weakness. Also heavy bleeding

A. You can do yoga but yes there are certain asanas which are not supposed to be done so practice yoga under a professional yoga instructor only and follow the instructions properly

A. Hi, light workout is suggested after delivery but before doing any sort of cardio or any treadmill workout do contact your gynaecologist because if you have undergone with C section delivery then it takes 6 months for your internal organs to be completely cured and healed and if you have been through a normal delivery then at least 6 weeks advise is being given to mums.. eat healthy and nutricious diet, si that u can start your light workouts.
