Q.

It's been 9 months since delivery.. Till how long should I continue my calcium intake.. One of my gyneae told me to stop it now as its been so long, but the gyneae who delivered told me to continue till I stop feeding my baby ( my baby is completely on breastmilk), so confused.. Anyone help me out

A. Normally it is suggested that you should take it up till the time of six months minimum to 1 year after that you can quit and you know different doctors have their different opinion so if you can then you can quit after the time of one year of your delivery otherwise if you want and want to follow your doctors advice then you continue up till the time of two years because that’s the max time where you have to feed your child with your breastfeeding
