it's been 6 weeks since I had my period. I tested positive a week before. yesterday when I went for transvaginal ultrasound no gestation sac is found. may I know what the reason is ?

A. If there is no gestational sac even after six weeks of pregnancy then you have to rule out ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy of unknown origin. Talk to your gynecologist immediatelyWrite Your Answer Here
