Q.

It's been 100 days of my c section, my doctor didn't give any supplements post delivery but I heard that we need to take iron, calcium and vitamin supplements so kindly suggest me.Is it too late to start the supplement??

A. you can start. Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby. Also take vit d3 once a week for first 3 to 4 month. your doctor probably will prescribe or advice for same.

A. no... problem u can start now also... I'm still taking the pillis...i e., iron calicium and vitamin d3... and my baby is 5months old

A. Hello mother, You are suggested to take calcium tablets for atleast 1yr (its better taking untill u stop feeding) and iron must be taken for atleast 6months It is not too late, you start taking from now

A. Yes u can start and u can add on milk at least 3 time in a day 200gm, yogurt ,paneer I m also 3 month mommy

A. Its Not late of course but yes it’s very important for you to a multivitamin calcium and iron for a minimum of six months after your delivery because once you deliver your screen goes down you become weak so these medicines are energy inside the body so you should take it now for at least six months to 1 year
