It is very painful to use manual breast pump ?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr old girl5 years agoA. If you have excess milk supply then there are few options- First, pump them and store in refrigerator for upto 24 hours Second, the more you pump the more milk secretion will be there, so do not use any breast pump. Third, to relieve heaviness, just squeeze from your hands the excess milk and use breast pads. Fourth, donate it in milk banks nearby, if any.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr old girl5 years agoA. Using manual breast pump does not cause any pain, but it is a tiring process. It takes a long to to pump and the outcome is too less. After delivery, your body is already very weak and using it makes you more drained out. On the other hand, electric pumps are safe and milk comes out fast. But nothing is better than latching the baby to yourself.
