Q.

It is for my 4 year daughter when she woke up in the morning her mouth was very smelly but she brush at night also what was the reason and kindly suggest any medicine

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accgrordingly for this matter to clear this...
