is tuna fish is good while breast feed or may cause problem to my baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. avoid tuna fish because it has higher Mercury content. after intake of tuna by breastfeeding mother some of the Mercury can also be present in the breast milk. this can which can be harmful to the neurological and cognitive development of baby. prefer freshwater fish like catfish
