Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy6 years agoA. yes you can hear this type of clothes but if you really want to reduce your tummy you need to do some regular exercises like yoga brisk walking at least for half hour and cycling

Shaista TarannumMom of a 17 yr old boy6 years agoA. while you are wearing it it will flatten the tummy and hips yo a certain extent. it eill not help you reduce the tummy though. in my opinion it was a bit uncomfortable to wear for a longer duration. for a couple of hours it may he fine.
