Q.
is tummy size of baby related to hunger? people around me touches baby's tummy and says baby is hungry if tummy is loose and full if tummy is hard.

not like that.
but yes , the thing is babies have small stomach and so the amount of food they can hold is also small or limited.
To check if child is getting enough milk , keep a track on some things like your child weight gain , his urine output which should be 7 or 8 times per day.
