Is TRICLOFOS SODIUM IP safe for 7 months baby? Pediatrician prescribed it for Insomnia (lack of sleep /decreased sleep)

Then we went to the doctors. Doctor prescribed this medice as well as bacteria infection and colicaid. So, please tell me can I give prescibed dosage of Triclofos sodium
