A. this is a simple dry and sensitive skin which will improve with moisturizing lotion and cream
kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

A. hi dear For most babies, ringworm is a mild infection, but it may itch or be painful. Without treatment, the rash may spread. Babies who scratch the rash may introduce bacteria into the wound, which can cause a more serious bacterial infection. For this reason, it is essential to get treatment.
