Is this normal poop color my son eat apple purée and carrot dall rice. .but last 4 days struggle of passed urine

The child is struggling to pass urine it is not healthy a child should at least pass unit till 7 to 9 times in the day if your child is not passing sufficient amount of urine or the struggle is more then please include more of water maybe we are giving it less and consult your doctor once
