Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. blood in baby poop immediately visit the doctor.. some time as baby is constipated and baby apply pressure there may be tear in the anal area..and may be blood because of you can use coconut oil or Babyhug advanced diaper rash cream
