Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no need to add not at all needed for baby. immunity boost is simple and does not need any health drinks or powders . Best is to vaccinate baby at proper schedule and dnt delay or skip any vaccine . Good homemade nutrition and a balanced diet is enough for boosting immunity .
