is there any role of mothers diet for baby's hair and skin

A. hello mom we all know that diet is the main thing which is important for overall growth and development of the baby and if u r breastfeeding it'll be good if u take care of your diet and another thing ur child is 7 months old u can start giving semi solid to child to meet all the nutritional requirement
