is there any problem if my baby 3 month old poops yellowish green it comes like foamy froth..and last two weeks earlier I saw two or three times a little bit of yellow mucus like texture In his poop..may I know what is the problem pls advice me?

Can sometimes be due to infection in the stomach so it is going to be good for you to get it examined with your doctor and according to that they can help me with some medication maybe you have to conduct a test to know better about it so they will be able to help you properly as per the situation that is there
