Is there any problem if baby(4 month) sleep continuosly for 5 hours without feeding? Do we need to feed them in between?

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry about feeding. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
