Q.

is there any permanent solution for thyroid doctor? currently im using 50mg tab n my tsh level is 3.4 should i use the tablets for ever?? i got the thyroid during my pregnancy (5mnth)

A. if you are suffering from hypothyroidism where the thyroxine hormone deficiency is there so most of the time it is required to take the medicine lifelong rest you can consult your doctor

Q. Hello doctor, My baby boy is 6 months old. I have a hypothyroid from last 2 years. Starting I was taking 75 mcg thyronorm tablet, after that 100mcg,125mcg, I took because of high TSH..In pregnancy I took 150mcg thyronorm tablet. Before 3 months( after delivery) I tested thyroid level, TSH is 0.05.,so my doctor told TSH is low, take 75 mcg tablet. Now yesterday I tested thyroid level, TSH is 24.3,it was high again.. so now how much dosage thyronorm tablet should I take. Because of feeding does it affect my baby?please reply me.
