Constipation in new born babies is common,if baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy issues then its fine until 3-4 days. Do tummy massage with warm castor oil or coconut oil gently massage in clockwise direction with finger tips for 3-5 minutes for instant gas,constipation issues.
