ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. if you want to lose weight this kit is not the thing that you should be wanting to have biscuit cannot be prepared without butter or fat also they are not at all healthy you can opt for various healthy snack options like homemade roti krispies, roasted chana with little roasted murmura, roasted peanuts, handful of other nuts like Almonds , pista walnut snack items like sprouts, cucumber sticks and seasonal fruits
