Q.

is there antibiotic medicine required in treatment of throat infection? my kid is suffering from it, our doctor whom we consulted did not gave any antibiotic. he prescribed calpol 250 and hicet-ax syrup( contain citrazen). my kid is not able to eat and drink, so have doubt weather my kid is on right medication or not.
