is the all requirements of the 5 month old baby is fulfilled only by breastmilk

A. Yes Apple the age of six months breast feed is completely sufficient for your child which is why they say that once the child completes the age of six months you should start giving semisolid food to the child because for initial six months the digestive system of a child is also not that strong which is why the gap is giving and after that you can start with regular food
