is that true when air goes to baby's ears, head will be expand(becomes big)!!

A. no I don't think it's true

A. it is a misconception that whenever air goes into ear of the baby the size of the head will become larger head will is made up of bony skeleton it cannot become bigger unless there is some infection and baby is below 6 months age
