Is spoon feeding safe for babies

A. Yes can give it instead of bottle feeding guve exclusive breastfeeds till first six month of age it is complete food for baby till first 6month of age it provides all essential nutrients

A. He is refusing bottle. Only spoon and syrup dropper he is accepting. Iam worried whether spoon and syrup dropper are safe for baby or will it cause gas?
